Distressed sales in The Bahamas ... are there any??? I guess it depends what you are looking for and what you mean by distressed. There is no doubt that properties are going to contract at less than list prices. Would I like to see those prices lowered at right at listing? You bet! Unfortunately, most of our sellers were cash buyers and are not under any duress to sell. At the same time, there are a lot of motivated sellers and prices have come down even on some prestige properties such as at Great Abaco Club.
